Starmen I 35 (DIY) 3D Printer
Starmen 3D Printer was based-on FDM technology, it can setting nozzle temperature in between 170~230° and keep temperature stably. The nozzle dimension is 0.4 mm and supported diameter 1.75mm of filament. The printing speed setting options are slow mode 30mm/s, standard mode 100mm/s, and speed mode 300mm/s. We can support ABS, HIPS, PLA and more materials.
Starmen 3D printer build by professional power control board, and Topmaker 1.5.7 with temperature controllable heated bed and stepper motor driver. The machine build with the MCU development board Topduino Mega 2560 and stepper motor driver A4988, and work with professional printing module. The machine can handle long-time operation, and make sure printing 3D objects Stably.
Starmen 3D printer leverage precision moving structure for long-time operation. It build with curing glass printing platform, and it can setting bed temperature in between 60~90° and keep temperature stably for up to 60 hours operation time.
The i 35 can print 16 cm height object for 3D printing application mostly. It could provide good enough printing quality with low cost. It is a DIY model for education purpose, and students could learn how to assemble a 3D printer, then learning structure and theory of 3D printer that both for learning and functional usage.
